Immigration

America is a country made up of immigrants.  Every student's family has immigrated here from one country or another.  That is something that we all have in common.  It is very important for children to know about immigration to help understand what their family ancestors went through, what their peer's families went through, and what some people are still going through today and why America is the way it is today-different.
